Gloria Casale

Gloria moved to New Mexico in 2002 after a successful career as a physician.  Throughout her life she’s worked in many art media forms including photography, stained glass, fused glass, watercolor and acrylic painting and needle art.   Now, the beauty of New Mexico provides the inspiration for the creation of dazzling fused glass, stained glass and semiprecious gem jewelry.  Each piece is unique and is created by Gloria in her home studio in Sandia Park, New Mexico.  She continues her interest in photography.

Gloria’s stained glass piece commemorating the attack on the World Trade Center on 9/11 is on permanent exhibition in the New York and New Jersey Port Authority offices on Park Avenue in New York City.  She received an Honorable Mention award at Expo 2005 and a second place award at Expo 2006.
