Digital Art Photography

I fell in love with photography when I took my first art class in high school.  I started out using black and white film, and turned our guest bathroom into a darkroom.  Now that technology has advanced, most of my images are created with a digital camera and a computer.

I see color and patterns in everything:  floors, walls, sky, trees, flowers, etc.  They’re a part of my everyday life.  I’m also greatly attracted to the abstract designs in the work of Georgia O’Keeffe.  A combination of these visuals has led to my current subject matter:  florals.

Flowers are colorful and full of harmony.  I love to experiment with their colors, blending them into a digital collage that is pleasing to the senses.  Let the image draw you in, and take you on its colorful journey!
